CycUltra Fat Tire Step Over Ebike

I have a cychunter with cycrown battery.
This garbage bike is soon bad,I go on a bump the steering flies up and down the frame makes a sound like it's about to brake (I got it brand new ,it's been 2 days and by bump I mean minor minor bump not going at max speed)
The brakes squeaking it's been 2 days, this is a toy ,looks good, sounds good online . Experience. Couldn't be worse. Biggest rip off ever
I agree. With whomever is doubting the quality. It's not just one or two odd ones, they're all shitily put together , maybe it's because they're made in China but overall quality ( -10/10/)

The package arrived late — the delivery date was changed three times. But the most disappointing part was that the box was completely torn and open, as if it had been thrown around during transit. Everything seems to be in place, but the protective wraps for the chair and the frame were missing.

Overall, the e-bike is good. It squeaks here and there, and it seems like the rear brake pad is rubbing. But I like it! We might even order one for my wife from you.

We recently bought a Verve bike and Ultra
bike with high hopes for exploring when camping and riding in city parks and trails. Very disappointed with the quality of the components.

When we first bought the Ebikes, the Ultra bike's Seat came clicking from not being attached to seat frame properly. You sent me a replacment voucher for that. My rear brakes on the Ultra have never worked (see attached picture). I can press the brake handle all the way down to grip and tire will still spin. No brakes whatsoever and this was very unsafe this past weekend coming down a steep hill.

After a few rides the Verve bike especially (which my wife rides) has sticky/stiff shocks already. She can't even compress them on here own. Very dry and rubbing when I force them down even with preload at the lowest setting (see attached pic/vids). We tried to change the "lock" out on the shock but the plastic dial broke...brittle. We are still able to adjust the lock out but now the dial is broken and shocks are still very stiff.

I know these are not top of the line Ebikes but expected more. Hoping to resolve with customer service. Bikes are 4 rides in.

We definitely thought we were buying better quality bikes when we bought them. We were riding with friends this weekend who had Biktrix Ebikes and their quality was much better. They have owned them for 2-3 years and zero issues.

I have attached pictures of our bikes showing current conditions. We barely have 4-5 rides on them, still in new condition. Even displays on LCD screens have original stickers on them.

This is my second e-bike, and after two weeks of riding the CycUltra, I’m thoroughly impressed with its comfort and power. • Smooth hydraulic brakes: Stop the bike quickly and reliably.
• Visible rear tail light: Bright and noticeable for safety at night.
• Balanced handling: Feels stable on curves, trails, and hills, boosting rider confidence.
• High-quality components: The LG battery and charger are well-made and reliable.
• USB outlet: Convenient for charging devices in a pinch, though I rarely use it to preserve battery life.
• Great value: The CycUltra offers premium features at a price far lower than comparable bikes.
Cons:
• Tail light battery: Not integrated into the bike’s electrical system, requiring coin battery replacements.
• Kickstand stability: Feels slightly unstable when deployed, requiring careful positioning.
• Accessory availability: As a Canadian customer, I couldn’t purchase the rear rack or fenders, and they’re currently out of stock on Cycrown’s website.
Overall, the CycUltra has exceeded my expectations. For anyone hesitant about this bike, rest assured it’s a high-quality, well-built option that delivers exceptional value compared to pricier alternatives with similar features.

Cycultra was a Father's Day gift from my Wife and Daughters and WOW, they knocked it out of the park!!
Shipping was quick, 4 days from order date, and received in very good condition.
Assembly was fairly easy.
