I've had multiple issues with my Cychunter.
1 - Loud Hollering noise when riding.
2 - Heavy vibrations at the motor.
3 - White Goupe leaking from the motor.
4 - Tire ruptering on the side walls.
Customer support said this is all very normal. Especially the tire issue and they asked me to put it back on the bike. For my safety, I have never felt so insulted.

Bike frame bent when taken out of box
I bought the Cychunter in December to have for spring and summer I started riding the bike in April and I loved it.
Everything I was looking for.
But in early June the bikes frame broke at the sway arm where it's poorly welded not only that the rear hub motor started making loud unusual nosies. I called my local ebike shop where I purchased the Cychunter then dropped off the following day.
It's been a couple of weeks now and we've haven't gotten any updates from the emails that were sent via the shop I bought from.
Please if someone can update on this serious warranty matter would be greatly appreciated.
