Par contre, j'attends le porte bagage et les gardes-boues qui n'étaient pas dans la boîte lors de la livraison le 26 avril. Votre service à la clientèle est excellent. Ils m'ont promis que j'aurais ces pièces début juin. J'ai bien hâte d'les avoir.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE BREAKS CABLES, AND I ASKED FOR HELP WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT: THEY SENT ME THE ACCESORIES REPLACEMENT AND ALSO REFUNDED TO ME 10% OF THE E-BIKE VALUE. I ALREADY CHANGED THE CABLES AND THE BIKE IS NOW WORKING PROPERLY, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RECEIVED SOLUTION.
Received bike with broken rack, send them email no response at all and people say something about good customer service I would say no support at all, very bad not recommending.
Just recently purchased two CycVerves. Really nice machines! Solidly built and good performance. And the customer service and support is fantastic!

Didn’t realize the fenders were plastic when I ordered them but love the look. Rack is very sturdy.
Nice solid ride, battery last hours if not abusing the accelerator but it is needed when going uphill, bike is a bit too heavy and the gears don’t have too many low ranges but overall happy with the purchase
We put 80km on the 2 cychunters so far with no problems. Great range, handles well. It does better than expected on hills and muddy trails. It's very comfortable even on long rides. For our first ebikes they are perfect and
we have no complaints.
I'm still waiting for the rear rack and the two fenders to arrive, i was supposed to hear about whether these parts are in stock

I've had mine now for about 2 weeks and it's awesome! I'm testing how far I can easily go on the smaller battery and it seems to be around 30kms. The bike is beautiful! It looks like an old style motorcycle and I love showing it off!
Exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was expedient . Only downfall is it doesn’t come with fenders, otherwise great bang for buck & very powerful uphills w/no struggle at all.
I received the bike very quick.I ordered the cycrown off-road electric bike and it’s perfect to ride the city or any terrain.
It’s new but the product seem built strong and quality.
The packaging for the two ebikes was very well done. There were no worries about anything moving within the boxes or being damaged during shipping. Once I removed the bikes from the packaging, the assembly was easy and quick.
We also received the back rack and fenders with our order.
My first impression was the high quality of the paint and how solid the bike frames are. The bikes look great - we purchased one in white and one in blue.
The front light is large and bright. I can't wait to put them to the test and get some miles on them!"

I've unpack it and mount it last night
This afternoon I went outside to try it...
Finally make a 25km ride with a lot of pleasure...
I've been able to get 45.9km/h on speed 5
I've used about 25% of the battery
I use to pedal most of the time...
But also just used the motor using the power button...
I was very happpy to see that the cycle was really well packed and not injured during transportation. It is 3h30 AM and could not wait to unwrap it.
