CYCROWN offers free shipping on all electric bikes within Canada. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, and tracking information is provided once your e-bike leaves our warehouse.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact vip@cycrown.com before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, your e-bike must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. A C$150 restocking fee applies for new bikes, or 20% of the order value for used bikes (within 10 miles). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection. Please do not ship any item back without prior authorization.
