I recently purchased the CycRun electric bicycle, and it has far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I took it out for a spin, I knew I had made the right choice. The bike is incredibly well-built, with a sleek design that's both stylish and functional.

Parts don't work and customer service doesn't help.

I purchased a Cycrown bike in August. It came with a headlight, turn signals and horn that do not work. I have been dealing with customer service who advised I would receive new parts over 3 weeks ago and nothing as of yet. When I reached out to ask about it, I was told the parts would be sent now, effectively telling me that nothing was done the first time. The primary reason I purchased a Cycrown bike was because of the safety features, none of which work, and therefore I cannot even use the bike.
I feel totally taken advantage of and lied to.
