First of all bike came in DOA with a code on screen, support say to unplug the right handbrake to erase the code. My son is a 90 pound driver and he diddnt get anymore than 20km on flat surface in full mode. They send us another battery this not solve the issue.
2 days ago, another handbrake code on screen we haved to unplug the left handbrake this time so now both of brake are unplug.
Today code 8 pop on screen, bike not work anymore, contacted support with picture that show clearly the issue, they ask for video.
I would avoid this bike at all cost. Support was supportive but bike we receive is a real pieces of junk.
Take note.... this bike is less than 150km

Bike seems well built , good quality. Had issues when we unboxed the 2 units. They wouldn't work. Found one connection in the fame was loose and brake sensors were loose and causing the bike be not operational.

J'ai acheter le cycverve il y a 1 mois c'est une super machine la puissance est incroyable que ce soit dans les sentiers où sur la route ,j'adore sont look et la tenue de route est exceptionnelle c'est presque une moto j'habite dans les laurentide au Québec et ce velo est parfait pour un environnement forestier je le coseil fortement et le service après ventes est excellent
