- Yes, the battery can be removed for charging. The product description states that the 48V 15.6AH lithium-ion battery is fully concealed in the frame but can be "effortlessly removed with one hand" for charging.

- How long can I receive my bike?

Received bike with broken rack, send them email no response at all and people say something about good customer service I would say no support at all, very bad not recommending.
Just recently purchased two CycVerves. Really nice machines! Solidly built and good performance. And the customer service and support is fantastic!
Nice solid ride, battery last hours if not abusing the accelerator but it is needed when going uphill, bike is a bit too heavy and the gears donβt have too many low ranges but overall happy with the purchase
The packaging for the two ebikes was very well done. There were no worries about anything moving within the boxes or being damaged during shipping. Once I removed the bikes from the packaging, the assembly was easy and quick.
We also received the back rack and fenders with our order.
My first impression was the high quality of the paint and how solid the bike frames are. The bikes look great - we purchased one in white and one in blue.
The front light is large and bright. I can't wait to put them to the test and get some miles on them!"
